At Snapzy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If Snapzy doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a straightforward refund policy within 7 working days of your purchase date.
This policy applies to all Snapzy purchases, including one-time lifetime licenses and monthly subscriptions.
Eligibility
You're eligible for a refund if you request it within 7 working days of purchase.
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- Your refund request is submitted within 7 working days from the date of purchase.
- You provide your order confirmation email or transaction ID.
- The purchase was made directly through our official channels.
We process refunds on a case-by-case basis and aim to be as fair and accommodating as possible.
Non-Refundable Cases
Some situations are not eligible for a refund, such as requests made after the 7-day window.
Refunds may not be granted in the following cases:
- The refund request is made after 7 working days from the purchase date.
- The purchase was made through an unauthorized reseller or third party.
- A chargeback or payment dispute has already been filed with your payment provider.
- The license key has been shared with or transferred to another person.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at support@snapzy.app with your order details to initiate a refund.
To request a refund, please send an email to support@snapzy.app with the following information:
- Your full name and email address used for the purchase.
- Order confirmation number or transaction ID.
- Reason for the refund request (optional but helpful).
We will review your request and respond within 2 working days.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 working days depending on your payment provider.
Once your refund is approved:
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- Processing typically takes 5–10 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
Upon refund, your license key will be deactivated and you will no longer have access to premium features.
Subscription Cancellation
Cancelling a subscription stops future charges but does not retroactively refund past payments.
If you are on a monthly subscription:
- You can cancel your subscription at any time.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
- You will retain access to premium features until the end of the paid period.
- Past subscription payments are not retroactively refunded upon cancellation.
If you wish to request a refund for a recent subscription charge, please contact us within the 7-day refund window.
